Mrs. Shantel Payne provided excellent service from the beginning to the end process of closing. I highly recommend Mrs. Payne without any reservations. My experience began with Mrs. Payne reaching out to me to determine exactly what it was that I was looking for in a home.  I don’t think I was even sure of what I wanted in a home, but Mrs. Payne was patient and asked all the right questions to help me put together exactly what I was looking for.  She took the time out to talk through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Georgia market. Based on my input (budget, ideal home, and ideal location), she provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit my wants/needs and what type of homes I might expect to find within my budget.

To start, we spent a couple weeks previewing homes that may fit my liking. She also spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. I was an indecisive home shopper, so I definitely tested Mrs. Payne’s knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and was never disappointed with her responses. Most important to me, Mrs. Payne was always honest with me about what she thought about each property.  She was always available and helpful, and I always felt that she truly had my best interest at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, she still cheerfully reaches out to make sure things are going good with my purchase. In the future, if I ever decide to move, I will definitely use Mrs. Payne again to both sell my home and find a new one.
